Life Long Wilde Toyota Buyer, First Wilde Subaru Experience If you are looking to test drive expect this dealership to not only ask you to show a drivers license, but require they retain a copy of your drivers If you are looking to test drive expect this dealership to not only ask you to show a drivers license, but require they retain a copy of your drivers license in their database for an unknown number of years with zero protection of your data or unwelcome solicitation. If you are test driving with your loved one, the company policy is that the sales consultant needs to sit in the passengers seat apparently because of insurance reasons while you are required to sit in back. Avoid the hassle with this Wilde dealership and look at larger dealers in MKE that are customer delighters that don’t have these unrealistic restrictions. More

Angry Salesman Kills The Deal I spoke with Sales Associate Dave Lehman on the phone. When I questioned him about a service fee he said was required by law he got upset. I had to ask him to calm down. He also told me I didnt need to do business there and hung up the phone on me. I left a message for Mike Scott who is the sales Manager. He offered no apology or mention that he would look in to it. Neither of them would provide me with an owner's name to contact them. Lastly I emailed the General Manager and am waiting to hear from him. More

Where is my Forester Touring SUV? My second Subaru dealership visit was to Wilde 60 miles round trip from my Oak Creek home..My 1st dealership was local, 6 miles from my house. I made My second Subaru dealership visit was to Wilde 60 miles round trip from my Oak Creek home..My 1st dealership was local, 6 miles from my house. I made the longer trip because Wilde is rated A+ by the BBB and The only Subaru dealer with BBB. I signed an Offer to Lease, along with $500 on 4/12/19 for my Forester Touring which was in transit to be delivered to Wilde on 4/23. When I signed the Offer I was given the VIN # of satd car. The dealership did qualify the date of delivery by 4 to 7 days, bringing us to 4/30. When I called the dealership I was told by the assistant manager that he had made a mistake in the ‘hold’ process, and the car went to someone else. He was sincere in his apology and said that they don’t do business that way. I was promised a SUV on more than a couple of occasions, and passing this this message to family and friends. Well the manager did look around and found one in lillinois. They would be trading vehicles for each other as soon as my SUV was delivered to this Illinois dealership, and they wouldn’t get Wilde’s trade car until my SUV arrived. That isn’ What transpired though. Wilde ended up sending their trade days sooner than when the SUV showed up. I finally leased my SUV on Monday 5/12, weeks latter than promised. I did get about a $2,000 discount more than the first dealership I visited. More
