During the test drive he was very thorough in showing us features and the overall driving experience. Once we started talking about buying, he listened to what we were considering and made sure that we didn’t settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted. He was very patient during it all and was awesome with working with us on finance options. Joe definitely makes sure that whoever he sells to is getting great customer service and drives off the lot in the car they want, not just the car they’ll settle for. More
