I was really looking into the Sierra 1500 packages but thought all the bells and whistles I was interested in we're a little outta my range. After checking out a few Sierra's and a test drive, Mike was very knowledgable and helped me pick the exact one for me and had it shipped in days. The finance department was also a great experience and made every effort to get my new truck into my price range. I am very pleased and satisfied with the entire process and can't emphasize enough on how seamless Mike made the entire deal. Mike was not only friendly and responsive to our needs, he also did a great job getting to know us as a family. We never felt like he was "selling" us but rather helping us. He was willing to do whatever he could to make us happy and to find a vehicle that would meet our needs. At the end of the "deal", I felt like we had made a friend, someone to trust and someone to recommend. My husband and I left agreeing that when it's time for another car, Mike will be the one we reach out to.
