I did not like that you primarily use Ally as your main financing option. With my credit score of 803 I felt I should’ve gotten a better interest rate and more financing offers to consider. Instead I was financing option. With my credit score of 803 I felt I should’ve gotten a better interest rate and more financing offers to consider. Instead I was kept in the dark about the whole process until I insisted on meeting with the business manager, who was already drawing up the paperwork I never saw the other financing options. Which makes me believe that my application was only submitted to Ally. It is clear that the dealership works directly with Ally on most of their financing because the business manager only had Ally information all over his office. Additionally, my daughter was told that the warranty would be included in the price of the car and we were told otherwise when we came to finalize the deal on the car. I feel that was bait and switch. Vince was very nice but we primarily dealt with the business manager. More
