The staff of Route 1 were very professional, but still relaxed, and the internet price was actually the price, no qualifications. I worked with Kim Rapos, Luke McKeever, and Mike Sperando at Route 1, and they were all very helpful and friendly. Kim kept me updated on the vehicle I was looking for and let me know when it was available. My sales person, Luke, was very jeep knowledgeable and knew a lot about the vehicle I was interested in. He was also very professional and personable. The same goes for Mike, who helped me with finalizing the paperwork. The process was very efficient and very stress free, I was very pleased with the overall experience. I arrived a little after noon, and by three I was driving home in my new Jeep. More

Jay was great too in the final negotiation, and the finance guys were fun to work with. Special thanks to Don Newberry. After setting an appointment I was greeted and introduced to my salesman Luke. The entire process was easy and not high stress. I was help up a little going into the finance office because another couple purchased a car right before me, but Luke stayed late and showed me how to operate everything in my new car. He stayed in touch after my purchase and was interested in how my jeep was and any future plans to modify it. Overall a great experience and i will buy my next jeep here. More
