Rude Customer Service We leased there in 2017. Our current lease is up in August went in to try and either buyout our Ram or lease a new one. After giving us a new salesp We leased there in 2017. After giving us a new salesperson who could and did not understand our lease buyout we test drove a new Ram. Were out of the dealership for 5 minutes to test drive, came back in to find our sales person was with new clients. 3 men stood in the back and watched us come in with the key to the test drive vehicle, we sat down and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come over. They all stared at us and ignored us sitting there. After 10 minutes when we got up to leave the key on the counter suddenly everyone was interested in us. Walked out and 3 people followed us . Tried to make excuses that the new salesperson Justin had clients before we came in, if they knew that why did they put us with him in the first place? Stay away from this dealer, all the promises they make about service , free oil changes etc are lies. I will say after not delivering on the vehicle we had secured they agreed to throw in a bed cover. which took 2 months to get . Worst dealership experience we ever had don't waste your time. More

Best Jeep Dealership In Town This is the second time I've purchased/leased a Jeep from World Jeep. I wouldn't look for a Jeep anywhere else because the customer service is always This is the second time I've purchased/leased a Jeep from World Jeep. I wouldn't look for a Jeep anywhere else because the customer service is always on point compared to other dealerships in town. I went in this past Friday looking at a particular Jeep Wrangler and left after a few hours with my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler (dream car). I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to trade in my two-year-old Jeep Compass because I still owed on it, but Mike went above and beyond to get me into my dream car that day. The experience felt surreal. I definitely recommend requesting him as your salesman, I like his laid- back no pressure vibe because he made us feel comfortable and not stressed during the process. He got us a great deal. Nicole is great too; she programmed my Jeep so when I pulled out of the parking lot everything was set and ready to go from the gauge reading preferences to syncing my iPhone. Also, she did an awesome job showing me how to effortlessly "drop the top" and dis/reassemble the windows on/off. I left the parking lot so happy and shaking in excitement, they really made my life! P.S. Thanks to Michelle for texting internet specials and setting up an appointment time for me to stop in. The finance manager was excellent as well she helped us pick a protection package for both the interior/exterior of the Jeep and made sure all of the final paperwork was accurate. More

Quick, simple, easy to buy. My son was looking to buy a Ram Rebel truck and saw the one he wanted on their website. Once walking into the dealer, we were greeted by a sales perso My son was looking to buy a Ram Rebel truck and saw the one he wanted on their website. Once walking into the dealer, we were greeted by a sales person named Mike. Told what we were looking for and was able to retrieve the truck quite quickly. We sat at his desk and introduced himself as Mike Superti, got our information and we proceeded with the price, downpayment, financing, etc. He made that part easy to do as most salesman need to have their manager come sit and add their nonsense to close a sale. That did not occur here. We got what we wanted and agreed upon what was affordable. In summary, we are glad we stopped there. Quick, easy and simple to buy from.
