Very good sales experience, Michael Tolbert was very accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the deal. There was never an atmosphere of pressure and that was very refre accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the deal. When I said the price wasn't exactly where I needed it to be, they didn't try to push me something else, which would have made me walk away immediately. Instead they made the effort to come out with a deal that would work for me. I got great financing terms, thanks to their finance team. More

Terrible Experience I talked on the phone with a salesman had an appointment set up to meet with a this particular salesman at a specific time. When I arrived, I was tol I talked on the phone with a salesman had an appointment set up to meet with a this particular salesman at a specific time. When I arrived, I was told the sales person I was set up with was finishing up with a client. After waiting 35 minutes, the sales person asked if I could wait 10 more minutes and if he wasn't finished he would have someone else help me. 10 minutes goes by with both these guys nowhere to be found, I finally left. I thought I would get a phone call to apologize for making me wait 45 minutes without anyone showing me any cars, however, I still have not been contacted. Poor customer service and loss of a sale. More
