All the negative reviews are true. i just been there today after i called 3 times to be sure the car is there for a test drive and guess what? the lady by the reception said yes come in i just been there today after i called 3 times to be sure the car is there for a test drive and guess what? the lady by the reception said yes come in is here for sure .i asked here to confirm she said yes is there.when i went there surprise the bearded guy with attitude and a crap office said yes let me show you some other cars because your car is not available had a deposit on it and i can't show it.Bull... i even didn't get mad i was 100% is a scam like all the people there . Don't waste your time and gas to get there is always the same old scam to make you get there and try to sell you something else. You are a shame Car Factory Cheap Outlet .Very bad liars starting from the reception all the way to the scammers in the office.1 star is to much .you deserve a tuna can for your service. More

High pressure sales tactics. $5,000 dealer fees and they are non-negotiable. They make you sign a non refundable deposit form. Once you give that deposit you are screwed! I found that Car Factory makes it easy to find a new vehicle. I looked online, then went in person and did two test drives. I made my selection and processed the paperwork. We found a super deal on an SUV here! The salesman was very nice and did not pressure us and we found the style and color that we liked. They have so much to pick from that it can be hard to choose!
