My name is Michael most people call me Mike. I was born in Chicago, Illinois lived there until I was 3 years old then ended up moving to South Florida and have here ever since. Originally I graduated from the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career in Culinary Arts but then decided that I would take a break from that industry and plan on opening a restaurant at some point when I am older. Now I am a sales consultant at Gunther Volkswagen in Delray Beach and could not be happier. Not only do I enjoy coming to work everyday but I also enjoy working with different people all the time. Every customer is never the same which makes selling cars to different people so much fun. My goal to ensure a professional but fun buying experience along with exceptional customer service. She said yes once I got there come to find out I was sold into getting brake fluid which I didn't need especially in FL I only had about 29k on my car. 2nd the sales man Alex screwed me over with adding certified warranty which I didn't want. & Was told the warranty added on was to cover oil changes and etc..which it wasn't I will never buy a car from Vw Delray ever again! I plan on following up with corporate on the matter. It's extremely unethical. More

Unbelievable service We knew exactly what we wanted. We came to see a salesman, and that’s how we met Mike Velez at Gunther Volkswagen. He took such good care of us, in tw We knew exactly what we wanted. We came to see a salesman, and that’s how we met Mike Velez at Gunther Volkswagen. He took such good care of us, in two hours we drove off with a 2019 Volkswagen bug convertible. He was an excellent salesman and explained everything about the car before we drove home. We came with a rent a car from Enterprise and they deal directly with enterprise. We left our car there and they took care of everything. Customer Service was excellent. We would recommend them again if anyone wants to buy a Volkswagen or Volvo. Kudos to Mike Velez!! Mr. and Mrs Schatz More
