Sage approached, asking what I was looking for and what my budget was. He says he gets paid on car count, not cost, so he's not incentivized to sell me something more expensive. I told him what I want and he starts pitching me on a vehicle 35% over my budget. He explained that all of their vehicles are rigorously inspected before hitting the lot. We test drive the vehicle, and I'm not even out of the parking lot before it starts making noise from the front drivers side wheel casing. When we get back to the lot I say I'm not buying today, but I'll consider it if the wheel issue was fixed, but I want to do more research. Sage gets Mike who is the epitomy of sleasy high pressure used car salesman. I tell him no repeatedly for half an hour before finally walking out. Upon getting home I found 5 local vehicles of the same type +/- 2 years and +/- 15,000 miles all for $1500-3000 cheaper. I don't need to be pressure sold into your overpriced crap.

Matthew also failed to put the temporary tags on the car before giving us the keys. We didn’t notice that until we got home. I notified them at once of this it took them four days to email us the tag, they could have done that on Friday.

Service line is very helpful, they fixed a chip in the
windshield but upon inspection at home the plug seemed to have come out when possibly scraping the residue off so we did have to reseals it ourselves

A but disappointed the dealership insisted on skipping the cert pre owned since it was a “new” arrival (it was a model car with 5k miles). I’m being told it was used so this and that can be covered and someone else says it’s new so this rather than that applies. Makes no sense and honestly isn’t worth the headache after a few days of going back and forth. My family has previosly bought 6 cars from this dealership and am questioning how they handle their customer service, they did offer me to refund and give back the car but I would have just appreciated better understanding and clarification than just ignoring my concerns and coming to only that solution.
