Chris was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and confident. Kevin was efficient and answered all of my questions about the paperwork and final purchase. I did a good deal of research before making my decision and it paid off! It was well worth the out-of-state trip to get there and drive home in a 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-line. I highly recommend Antwerpen Volkswagen! It is a gem! More

This is by far the WORST car dealership I’ve worked with in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being pas in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being passed around and having to call back before even beginning to address the issues. Their service department is atrocious. My BRAND NEW 2025 Atlas was in my possession for less than a week and has spent nearly 3 weeks in the service center for manufacturing problems. No updates are given-always have to call and pry information from various employees. AVOID Antwerpen VW!!!! More

I bought a used car that immediately has issues and the GM told me that if I wanted something reliable, I should have spent more money on a dealers. We don't have the part, weird you did when you made the appt., then it was they didn't have a mechanic, then they didn't have the tools, then the next week it was the part again. This went on for over 2 months. A repair shop claiming they don't have the wrench is a first for me. Steer clear would be my suggestion. More

Very good experience with Antwerpen Volkswagen when buying our used VW Taos. Chris the salesperson was great to work with and informative on options, and patient as we looked to make up our minds on wh buying our used VW Taos. Chris the salesperson was great to work with and informative on options, and patient as we looked to make up our minds on which car to purchase. Sales managers and finance managers were helpful as well. Had some issues that required return trips to dealership but the Service Department and General Manager where very receptive to our concerns and helped us get things squared away. Highly recommend Antwerpen VW for your next vehicle purchase. More
