My name is Mike Yang and I was born and raised in South Korea. At a young age, I was always loved meeting new people, from all walks of life. I love getting to know and creating relationships with people, no matter where I am. I came to America in my late twenties to look for new opportunities and since then, I've worked hard every single day to continue to improve myself. I have lots of experience in business, which stems from my history of owning and operating my own businesses. From these experiences, I have a complete understanding of customer care. I have always valued customers and have worked to be an example to my coworkers as well. I have been lucky enough to have gotten along with all of my previous coworkers and have also served as their mentors as well. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, playing soccer and volunteering at church.

I ordered a HRV said it was to be delivered July 5th 3 weeks later it finally came in. I kept getting updates of the delivery dates being punched back. Kept being told they had no control over delivery ye weeks later it finally came in. I kept getting updates of the delivery dates being punched back. Kept being told they had no control over delivery yet couldn’t tell when I called about what the chances were that it would actually be deliver by the new promised date their response was “crossing our fingers” relying on the god of luck is unprofessional and flippant!
