The repair was a little complicated and I was travelling throughout the process which only added to the complexity, but Michael breezed through it all, kept me very informed, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. From beginning to end, his positive attitude was simply extraordinary, as it always has been in our experience at Kia Manteca. We occasionally have to deal with other dealerships for our other cars and the difference is staggering. Long waits, terrible communication, unfriendly, and unhelpful. We dread those appointments.
