If you plan on buying a car from here don’t use salesman Mikhail. He dropped the ball on sending the registration information to the title company. He left out part of the barcode which delayed me getting m Mikhail. He dropped the ball on sending the registration information to the title company. He left out part of the barcode which delayed me getting my plates which caused me to drive my new car with expired temp tags for almost a week. Then he blamed it on the title company. I spoke to the title company and she said she sends it the way she gets it (which I’m also not happy about). Also when I asked for the number for the title company he said he doesn’t have it that he communicates with them through email. While simultaneously saying they never pick up the phone. So how do you know they never pick up the phone if you don’t have the number ? Makes no sense. So then he gives me the name of the title company and I look online and find them and there phone number. And they pick up almost immediately. So that was another dishonest exchange I had with him. Typical snake oil salesman. Stay away at all costs. More
