Made the purchase process a lot less painful. I needed a used car to replace my Honda that had been totaled in an accident. I was not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process, I needed a used car to replace my Honda that had been totaled in an accident. I was not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process, but Rich was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns and questions. He was proactive in preparing the paperwork and was thorough in explaining the warranty information on the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in.
