Let me begin by thanking everyone at Continental Honda LaGrange once again for making my experience an easy and painless one....Thanks....(especially....Victor, Milan, porters and prep-workers in the back...and those that put on my accessories....) This was my 4th official Honda car ( 2016 CR-V Touring ) and it has gone so well for many reasons. 1st was me being ready with knowing how much things cost, saving for down payment, knowing what exactly I wanted in detail and understanding what finance and extended warranties really cost. 2nd giving all that info to my very own salesperson Victor Ponce who understood and listened to what I wanted and expected from him....(communication) 3rd Victor made sure I was kept in the loop about my car...and did his best to look for my CR-V over a 3 week period and contacted me and worked around my schedule to make it happen. 4th Victor knew that my wife and were expecting and knew that how important it was for me to have a AWD vehicle...Although I couldn't afford another Honda Pilot we spoke extensively about my options and what really feasible. I've always wanted a CR-V and now I have it...Victor thanks for keeping my car super clean while I was out of town and I neede one full week before I could close the deal. Lastly, thanks Milan Vasiljevic in finance....you explained everything in great detail once again as if it was my 1st purchase at Continental Honda...even though this was my 3rd car from this dealership alone....along with 3 friends who also bought from Contental Honda and related that they also had the same experiences with Victor and Milan and the dealership as a whole... In closing, be prepared by knowing what you want or atleast a range of what you want, have a down payment for the things you think you thought of but really didn't and be realistic - live within you means...
