I had read reviews before we got there about how awesome he was to work with and how knowledgeable he was on the cars. After meeting him, he absolutely was the best! Milan is kind, he listens intently to what you want, he’s extremely knowledgeable on the cars, and he does everything he can to get you all the incentives that apply to you! Which we greatly appreciated!!! Milan truly cares about the customer. The customer service that we got from him was outstanding! We will refer anyone we know who’s looking to buy a Genesis to him! Also, the concierge service is outstanding! Sasha and Nathan, who go over all the details of the car with you are top notch! Very patient, knowledgeable and kind! Cannot say enough about this car buying experience!!! More

We asked to drive a GV80 and he pointed out there were some 2025 vehicles available and we drove it and loved it except for the exceptionally large screen. Milan worked to get us a max discount of $12k. annd even got us some extras. After some additional thought we decided not to purchase at this time. However, when we do decide to buy, Milan will be our go to person. If you want to buy a Genesis, you will want Milan to be your sales representative… very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the product. We never felt any pressure to buy. The dealership is exceptional and compared to the other local dealerships that sell the Genesis, you want to go to this one hands down. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
