I've been in the Auto Business over 50 years and pride myself over the fact the my customers become my friends and continue to return to me for their car buying. Great Experience! After a rocky start with the 1-888 # listed on the website about a vehicle I saw online, the dealership staff quickly turned a negative experience int After a rocky start with the 1-888 # listed on the website about a vehicle I saw online, the dealership staff quickly turned a negative experience into a positive one. I test drove a vehicle with Milt and worked with him for the deal. Milt was even willing to stay late in order for me to take delivery of the vehicle. The management and Antwan (sorry if it's spelt wrong) were also wonderful. Will recommend this dealership to others and look to purchase from again. Love the Escape, thanks Castle Ford staff! More

Milt Dabagia welcomed us and set about finding the right car at the right price for us. We weren't sure whether we should by a 2018 or a new 2017 Edge. After getting good information from Milt, we decided on the new 2017 Edge. Milt was very informative and very helpful during the whole process. We finished up working with Tom Roberts on the financing we needed. He was both helpful and professional. We love our new Edge and feel as though we were dealt with fairly. With service like we received from the two of them, we plan to continue our long-standing relationship with the Ford dealership that's in Michigan City. More

Milton was a great sales representative honest, polite, accommodating, and straightforward. Mark the General Manager was also good and willing to help. No higher pressure sales personnel here but good genuine people. Definitely check them out if you want a car. More
