Angus and my service team are spectacular. He kept me updated the entire time step-by-step with constant updates. He had updates available to him.. On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed with GM that they do not have vehicles as loaners similar size to a customers vehicle. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV because I need a large vehicle, I spent almost a month in a tiny vehicle, equinox or Traverse, which I do not feel as acceptable. If a larger vehicle is not available, I should be able to rent a larger vehicle from a rental company and get full reimbursement for the rental More

The service is horrible. My car was there for a day and a half no call back. I had to call to see what was going on with my care.
