I would have given 5 stars for both Mishael and Alpine, but at the end there was a matching seat cushion in the used truck, $50,000 truck I bought, that I said I wanted left in there. It matched the interior perfect, and I also have a sciatic nerve issue and that would have helped on long drives. Secondly, when they detailed the truck they must have buffed/polished the tailgate too hard and they brushed the black color off of the embossed Tundra letters in the tailgate. Both Mishael and I said it looked different the day I bought it (it was detailed later due to your backlog and I picked it up 5 days later). It was very disheartening that the cushion was missing and no one could find it and no one would take responsibility for taking it out of the truck. Yes I would have bought the truck without it, but once I knew it was there I was excited that it matched perfectly (even Mishael commented on the match) and it would help my sciatic nerve issues on long drives. I said I wanted it left in there and then somehow it disappeared during detailing. Mishael was great and the purchasing was easy, but at the end of the day, details, follow up, and communication matter in business and life. Deliver the truck that I bought the way I saw it the day I purchased it. No effort was made to compensate or make it right, replace the matching seat cushion, offer to redo the lettering (the truck looks perfect now except the tailgate letters that are damaged), just no explanation for what happened.
