I went here for the first time to buy a car. I purchased my Range Rover from this dealership just two days ago. When my husband and I went to the showroom, there was a Spanish-speaking lady who was very nice and helpful while we were there. However, after we drove the car home, we had it inspected the very next day, and they found 3–4 major problems with the vehicle. We tried contacting the lady who helped us, but she hasn’t answered our calls. Instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the issues, they have been ignoring us. This has been a very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. We will never come back to this place again. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH SAFFORD KIA OF MANASSAS I had an extremely disappointing experience with Safford Kia of Manassas while purchasing a 2022 Range Rover. What should SAFFORD KIA OF MANASSAS I had an extremely disappointing experience with Safford Kia of Manassas while purchasing a 2022 Range Rover. What should have been one of the happiest moments for my family turned into a very stressful and upsetting experience. This was supposed to be my wife’s first car, and she was genuinely excited about it. We were looking forward to this purchase and wanted it to be a special experience for her. Unfortunately, because of everything that happened, she was so upset last night that she cried for hours. It was heartbreaking to see what should have been a happy milestone become such a stressful situation. I was working with Michelle from the sales department. During the buying process, I was given information about the vehicle and warranty that later did not match what we discovered. The biggest concern came on the second day, when we discovered approximately five different issues with the 2022 Range Rover. Among those issues were a coolant leak and problems with the entire climate-control system. These were serious concerns that I did not expect to discover so soon after the purchase process. Before committing to the vehicle, I wanted to do the responsible thing and have an independent pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed. Unfortunately, the dealership refused to allow the independent PPI. For me, this was a major red flag. Any customer purchasing a used luxury vehicle should be given the opportunity to have it independently inspected. I was also dealing with a $1,000 deposit and requested that it be refunded. Instead of receiving a simple and professional resolution, getting answers became extremely difficult. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication afterward. I have tried to reach every single person I could at the dealership. I contacted the salesperson, the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager, and even the General Manager. Nobody has responded or provided a proper resolution. This is extremely disappointing because communication should not stop when a customer raises legitimate concerns. When you are ready to buy a vehicle, everyone is available and willing to talk. But when problems appear and you need help, suddenly nobody answers the phone. I understand that a used vehicle, especially a 2022 Range Rover, can have mechanical or electrical issues. My complaint is not simply that the vehicle had problems. My concern is the overall way the situation has been handled — the information provided about the vehicle and warranty, the refusal to allow an independent PPI, multiple issues discovered on the second day, the coolant leak, the climate-control problems, the $1,000 deposit issue, and the lack of communication from sales and management. A car is a major financial purchase. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, proper communication, and respect. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership is simple: Get an independent PPI before committing. Verify every warranty claim in writing. Thoroughly inspect the vehicle yourself. Get all deposit and refund terms in writing. And do not rely only on verbal promises. I went into Safford Kia of Manassas excited to purchase a 2022 Range Rover for my wife’s first car. Instead of celebrating, we ended up dealing with stress, disappointment, and unanswered calls. I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to resolve this directly and professionally. Sales — no response. Management — no response. Finance — no response. General Manager — no response. This experience has completely changed how I feel about the dealership. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Safford Kia of Manassas. More
