Welcome to Chevrolet Nissan Walla Walla, the best dealership in town! As a Finance Manager who joined the auto industry over 22 years ago, I love bringing that knowledge to the team. Seeing our customers leave the dealership smiling after getting the financing they deserve on the vehicle they love is great. Regardless of the situation, our team will go the extra mile to try and get our guests approved. I’m known for having a very down-to-earth approach and an easygoing personality. I take the time to listen and work hard to provide the most transparent, honest, and informative information. Outside of work, I love family time with my hunny, Jim, and our teenage daughter. We take family trips and enjoy many adventures, including camping and snowboarding. Overall, I’m an outgoing person who is fortunate to be in a position to help others, which is precisely what I strive to do!

I had a great experience with Chev Nissan Walla Walla. Jose and Carol were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated their communication and willingness to help. The vehicle was delivered to me in Oregon and everything went exactly as expected. I would give the sales department of Chevrolet of Walla Walla 0 stars if I could. I wanted to order a new suburban and dropped off a build sheet with the manager Misty Carol. I told them I was ready to or Walla 0 stars if I could. I wanted to order a new suburban and dropped off a build sheet with the manager Misty Carol. I told them I was ready to order and just wanted to know the price out the door. A month has passed and still no one has contacted me about the new build or price for a new build. I have called numerous times and was told each time that everyone is 'busy' and someone would call me back. No one ever did. The time to order a new 2026 suburban has passed and I will have to wait a few months to order the 2027, which is fine but I definitely will not be ordering from Chevy of Walla Walla. I finally talked to someone today when I called and they were rude and and offered no help with ordering a new 2027 suburban. We will never buy a car/truck/suv from this dealership. The worst sales department I have ever dealt with. More
