Not at all satisfied. After front alignment was done they say they test drove my car and said I need rear brakes done. I already had rear and front brakes done so I did not believe them and said I would never come back. I was also charged extra for miscellaneous charge on my invoice and was quoted a price of 109.00 for front end alignment but was charged 119.00 instead of 109.00. I have my receipt and fill something should be done about these extra charges. They did not even try to explain extra charges to me. Shop manager/supervisor was very impolite. The receptionist at the front desk when you walk in very nice and professional. On the other hand service department receptionist need more people skills. I called first and the person answering the phone was polite and answered all my questions. She told me I could come in right then, (I only live 1/2 mIle away. Also, they checked on my warranty and told polite and answered all my questions. She told me I could come in right then, (I only live 1/2 mIle away. I brought my '21 Silverado in for warranty work, and ended up waiting for 3 1/2 hours. Not once did the 2 ladies at the service desk inform me of the progress of my repair, and when I did ask them a qu ended up waiting for 3 1/2 hours. Not once did the 2 ladies at the service desk inform me of the progress of my repair, and when I did ask them a question, they were rude to me for having taken them away from their computer shopping! More
