Prior to joining Exeter Subaru, I was in the footwear and sporting goods business. I was able set myself apart through a commitment to customer service, ethical business practices and listening to the needs of the customer. My customers ran the entire range of retail operations from Wal-Mart to Nordstrom and all manner of “mom and pop” businesses. My family and I call Rockport Massachusetts home today. Something about New England must appeal to me as I have lived here four different times over four decades. I was in the “Subaru cult” prior to joining Exeter Subaru. I fell in love with the performance of my Forester in the nor’easters and blizzards. I had posted my resume on the internet and never considered selling cars before. When these guys called me, I thought… “hmmm, excellent brand, superior product…yes!" It's a great team here.

Within a few moments of entering showroom, we were meet by Mitch, a very positive and friendly Product Specialist, After a couple of questions we directed to a Forester that was on the lot. Mitch provided by Mitch, a very positive and friendly Product Specialist, After a couple of questions we directed to a Forester that was on the lot. Mitch provided a very informative overview of the vehicle and we took the car for a short drive. We are new to the product line but enjoyed our initial experience with the vehicle. Upon returning we described the color and trim level we wanted and Mitch developed our order, we arranged the purchase price with the Sales Manager and provided the required deposit. Upon delivery, about 6 weeks later, Mitch was there to review the vehicles in detail to ensure we could safely operate the vehicle. We appreciate all the time and interest Mitch spent with us to make the purchase process successful. We are glad to be driving a 2023 Subaru Forester. More

The only bad experience I had was getting my car registered with the town. Inspection sticker should have been my birth month. It took many attempts to finally get it right and had to pay for dupl registered with the town. Inspection sticker should have been my birth month. So the purchase of the car was a positive experience. The adminstrative part not so much. More
