Had a great experience at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our salesman Mitch was great to work with. I was leaning heavily towards the new Jeep Grand Cherokee but with inventory issues right now they didn’t Our salesman Mitch was great to work with. The sales staff are very friendly. I purchased a 2016 Yukon but there were some issues for me. It doesn't look like they did a very good inspection of the vehicle before they listed it. There was only Yukon but there were some issues for me. It doesn't look like they did a very good inspection of the vehicle before they listed it. There was only 1 key fob so I had to purchased another one.($380). The navigation system didn't work and they couldn't figure out the problem. I ended up taking it to a GMC dealer and had to replace the antenna ($600). There was a factory recall that wasn't done that I had to get repaired.... $1000 out of pocket within a week!!!!!!!!!! More
