We agreed to a price over the phone had me agree to put money down before even seeing the Jeep because it was the only way they could hold it for me. Drove 250 miles when I got there they told me no one ev money down before even seeing the Jeep because it was the only way they could hold it for me. Drove 250 miles when I got there they told me no one ever agreed to dropping that price. It took 2 hours to get them to admit they told me they would take $399 off. I wasn’t asking for the world but they pretended I asked for their first born. On the phone they also guaranteed me it passed their 27 point inspection. After driving it off the lot the check engine light flicked on for an emissions loss. They pulled the old unplug the battery and hope the light doesn’t come back on before someone takes it. Also sold me gap insurance policy and claimed it only adds $2 a month to my payment after he printed everything out it added $1425 to my principal and it’s a loan for 52 months it added over $30 a month to my payment. Mitch is the only person I had a pleasant experience with. Randy the sales manager lied on the phone and whoever did the financing would not give a straight answer about numbers. I would rate zero if it was an option. More

Mitchell was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I really didn't like was that there was no way of degotiated with them. I'm used to the days when you could agree upon a price different than the askin really didn't like was that there was no way of degotiated with them.
