The cost was incredibly high. I was told I needed to make an appointment to check a seatbelt then after waiting for the appointment I found out I didn't need one. I stopped in one morning right as the Service center opened at 7am tired.I noticed during the night one of my headlights had gone out. I did not have an Appointment and was exhausted from the evening be opened at 7am tired.I noticed during the night one of my headlights had gone out. I did not have an Appointment and was exhausted from the evening before and just wanted to get it done and get home. Frank Boucher got me in right away and took care of my light . I was so pleased with the prompt and courteous service. I even had a gentleman stop by my table and ask if I would be needing a ride home I was very impressed. I will continue going to Frank Boucher for all my car needs. Thank you!! More

I was mislead to when I purchased my vehicle. I was told I have a 3 year warranty that covered all servicing. I was charged $100 for an oil change at my last visit and when I asked why, it turned I was told I have a 3 year warranty that covered all servicing.
