I took my KIA Telluride in for its 3rd RECALL & was asked to wait to check in, then I was forgotten. After 20 minutes sitting in the chair, I asked when I could check in. They said they FORGOT I WAS THERE, to wait to check in, then I was forgotten. After 20 minutes sitting in the chair, I asked when I could check in. They said they FORGOT I WAS THERE, and put other people ahead of me. Then Cody Ferguson said my part wasn't in (recalled fuse). I showed him a hard copy mail I'd received saying it WAS in. He went back and forth with the service dept, told me to wait, and they finally "found" the fuse. Then it took 1.5 hours just to change the fuse! I explained to him this happened before, when they "lost" an ordered part, and Cody asked, "Then WHY DO YOU COME BACK HERE?". BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THIS DEALER AND I WAS THERE FOR A RECALL! I'll be sure to NEVER buy another car from KIA Delray only because the service dept is enept. Sorry, but your service people are just not up to par. Mitch Nathan, on your sales staff, is excellent! When one of your numerous salespeople standing around the showroom doing nothing asked me why I didn't buy a Range Rover, I was like...what? Aarrgghh! More

I’ve bought many cars over the years and usually don’t look forward to having to do it. This past week I helped my daughter buy a car. We went to KIA Delray because my daughter saw a particular car she look forward to having to do it. This past week I helped my daughter buy a car. We went to KIA Delray because my daughter saw a particular car she wanted to look at. From the time Mitch greeted us at the door until she drove off in her new car a few days later, the entire experience was fantastic. No hard sell. No “salespeak”. Just honest conversations with Mitch and Jeff, the Sales Manager. I couldn’t possibly be happier. Even subsequent to the sale, Mitch has been very accessible to answer a few questions my daughter had. Before you buy your next car…..go to KIA and give them a chance to make you happy. More
