The process was quick and seamless. Mitch did an excellent job finding a vehicle that met my needs while staying within my desired payment range. Me and my Fiancé went to look at trucks to buy. She got in contact with Mitch who told us he had a lot of trucks on the lot in our price range that he could put us in. Me and my Fiancé drive to the She got in contact with Mitch who told us he had a lot of trucks on the lot in our price range that he could put us in. Me and my Fiancé drive to the dealership where Mitch proceeded to only show us 3 trucks that were in our price range and one clearly needed work as the motor wasn’t running properly when I started it. He then proceeded to show us a truck above our price range and when we went into the office to discuss he told us he could talk to his manager to get the truck down into our price range out the door but that we would have to sign a contract saying we would buy the truck before he went and talked with him. After saying no he then started pressuring me and my fiancé and made us feel uncomfortable and stupid. I then stepped out to call someone to get another opinion on the truck. When I stepped out Mitch decided to overstep and smart off to my Fiancé about the truck without me in the room. Mitch then came back saying he went ahead and talked to his manager anyways and got the out the door price down to 29,000. I told him to give me and my Fiancé a moment to talk. Mitch then came back in saying that the out the door price would be 31,000 which is more than what he had told us moments earlier lying about what he said. The customer service me and my fiancé received from Mitch lost him and the dealership a sale. More
