My car wasn't available till 7 long days after they took my deposit and said it would be ready. Brooke Rogers was rude and and dishonest, and wouldn't keep me posted on the progress of repairs, then yelled my deposit and said it would be ready. I left 3 messages with the GM and none were returned. I'm still waiting to hear from Corwin as to when my key can be made. Food crumbs in the back of the car that I wiped out while Mitchell was showing it to me. Worst car buying experience ever. But you got paid in full by the end of the month like Brooke said I had to do. More

It is a complicated vehicle, though, it would be great to have a couple of people at Corwin whose sole responsibility is to help customers 'adapt' to their new vehicle - covering everything from the multi-media center to how and when to use each driving mode, to adjusting the seats, to maintaining the vehicle. It would be great to meet with that type of expert in a follow up visit. More
