Bob Tomes Ford responded

nicknowicki1011 , thank you for sharing constructive praise noting that Tabitha was great to work with, but we could have been more organized in finance. We'll be passing your feedback along to our leadership for review and look forward to earning the extra two stars on future visits! We appreciate your business and your note and we look forward to serving you additionally in the future. Thanks again!
