Improvement needed! I live and work in Indianapolis. I made an appointment on a Monday to look at a Gladiator on Wednesday afternoon. I had driven about an hour and was I live and work in Indianapolis. I made an appointment on a Monday to look at a Gladiator on Wednesday afternoon. I had driven about an hour and was five minutes away when I got a call telling me that it wasn’t ready to show. I showed up anyway and it was, in fact, on a lift being maintained. I came back the next day (Thursday), drove and purchased the Jeep. I didn’t care for the whole negotiation/up-sale process but who does? I expected it. I purchased the Zeibart treatment and was told that the Gladiator would also need time to be detailed. I was told it would be ready by Tuesday. I then got a call from someone on Friday morning saying it would be ready later that day. I called back later with a question and found out that it would definitely not be ready until Tuesday. I was ok with waiting as long as a good job is done. A good job was not done. I showed up late in the day on Tuesday. The vehicle did not appear to have been detailed. The interior needed vacuuming, and the windshield needed cleaned. I found a single shot bottle of Fireball under the back seat. There were globs of concrete on the running board that were supposed to have been removed. There had obviously been zero attempt to remove them. I was handed the key. I forgot to ask if there was another key, but it would be good to know. I expressed my disappointment to the gentleman who gave me the key and he offered to have it detailed the following day and delivered to Indy. I declined. I have since removed the concrete from the running board and cleaned the vehicle like it should have been when I came to pick it up. It seemed to me like after I signed the papers, the dealership as a whole, didn’t care about my happiness with their services. More
