Mazda CX-30 On Monday January 29 2024 My wife Sandra made an appointment to meet with Moe from Mazda of south Charlotte to discuss our options with regards to purchasing a new 2024 Mazda.  Coming from M made an appointment to meet with Moe from Mazda of south Charlotte to discuss our options with regards to purchasing a new 2024 Mazda.  Coming from Mooresville we left early intisapating traffic on 77 South Bond. We arrived slightly early and quickly I noticed how clean and spacious the showroom floor was. There was a variety of new cars on the floor. We were approached promptly by Moe who emerged from his office. He offered us a drink and we sat down at his desk. Sandra told him we had been intrested in trading in our 2021 Mazda3 sedan for a new 2024 model and that we have owned a few Mazda cars in the past. Moe was quick to suggest several options he currently had on the lot. We went out an looked at several new 2024 models with different package options in several colors. After reviewing a few Mazda3's Moe asked if we had any interest in the New 2024 CX-30 mid size crossover? Of course we noticed several on the lot and began to have intrest in the slightly larger vehicle immediately. Sandra asked to test drive a shiny Black Mica metallic colored model. One with a moderate level of options. Moe quickly agree and within a few short moments Sandra was behind the wheel! Moe had describe in detail what options are available on this particular crossover and discussed the features with us. Sandra had a number of questions and Moe was quick to answer all of them to her satisfaction. After a lengthy test drive we returned to Moe's desk and commenced with the paperwork. Sandra was pro active and produced all paperwork relating to our last Mazda3 purchase making our new purchase very quick and easy allowing Moe to put it all together in a very short amount of time. After agreeing on a Great tradein value and what Sandra and I considered to be a more then fair purchase price we shook hands. Moe made sure we felt comfortable and ensured it wouldn't be long before we were on the road. Minutes later we sat in front of Dennis from the Mazda Financial Department. Dennis was prompt, polite and detailed. He outlined the process and made sure that we clearly understood all the terms of the agreement. In came Vlad.He was swift and detailed oriented he streamlined the purchase process. I then signed the document on our trade and Sandra an I signed our purchase agreement and off we went.  All in all this was far the most enjoyable car buying experience we ever had.  Moe and his team at South Charlotte Mazda are truly amazing people! No pressure No hassle No stress No unanswered questions. A streamlined process...in and out. They have profected the Car buying experience!
