The moment I got out of the car I was approached by Jose. I told him the vehicle I was looking for. At first he stated that they didn't have the car I wanted but in the same sentence stated "Hold on, Let me I told him the vehicle I was looking for. At first he stated that they didn't have the car I wanted but in the same sentence stated "Hold on, Let me to check in the back and ask my manager". He came back out and stated "We have one that just came off the truck". I was super excited. All of Infiniti's employees were very welcoming and social (not like most car lots) Let's just say Jose made sure I got what I wanted and I'm loving my new Infiniti QX55 2023. I'll definitely recommend family, and friends to purchase from this dealership. Thank you again More

I did a online purchase of my infinity Q60 in October 2021 . I was specifically interested in this certain make and model and Coconut Creek Dealership was my very last effort to obtain one. (Save the bes 2021 . I was specifically interested in this certain make and model and Coconut Creek Dealership was my very last effort to obtain one. (Save the best for last lol) Its sad to say, I had found several vehicles (of this make and model) in my home state, but only to be disappointed with the sales department. When I reached out to Coconut Creek, I spoke with Moe. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me with my vehicle/online purchase I appreciated his full honesty and patience during the purchase process. He was extremely prompt in returning my calls (and trust me I called a lot) and he handled EVERY.SINGLE.QUESTION in a very professional manner! Basically, I CANNOT say enough good things about MOE.
