I purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid (CPO) here, but the experience was disgraceful. The car was delivered with a damaged shift lever and heavy oily residue in the engine bay, contradicting the 182-point CP experience was disgraceful. The car was delivered with a damaged shift lever and heavy oily residue in the engine bay, contradicting the 182-point CPO inspection report. When I returned to ask why the CPO standards weren't met and requested additional warranty coverage for the failed promises, the salesman became extremely hostile. When I asked for his business card, he refused to give it to me. He then threatened to call the police to remove me. I told him to go ahead and call them so they could see who was actually in the wrong. That is when he escalated and threatened that he would “give me trouble” if I didn't leave. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the Sales Leader eventually stepped up to fix the dealership’s mistakes. He replaced the shifter, cleaned the engine bay, and finally provided the 2nd key that was missing at delivery. Summary: The management eventually made the car right, but being threatened with the police and "trouble" just for asking for a salesman's name and a clean CPO car is traumatizing. Avoid this place if you value professional service and personal safety. More

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I was driving the used vehicle home and immediately noticed some things not working as they were supposed to. I contacted the dealership immediately I was driving the used vehicle home and immediately noticed some things not working as they were supposed to. I contacted the dealership immediately and got no response. By the time I got home from Miami it was 9:30 so I called in the morning. Only to be told it was sold as is even though when they were selling me the car Moe couldn't stop saying how incredible this vehicle was. Today however it's a 4 year old vehicle and I shouldn't expect everything to be working. I am absolutely disgusted and can't believe that a car I haven't even purchased 24 hours ago isn't backed by the people that sold it and supposedly went through it to make sure everything was working. Clearly they didn't go through anything and it's tough luck for the customer. More
