I never received a car fax until I requested one and at that point found out that the car was in a front end collision. Had several issues after the purchase, brakes, molding around sun roof, noise in fron that point found out that the car was in a front end collision. Had several issues after the purchase, brakes, molding around sun roof, noise in front of car. Still fighting noise in front of the car and not comfortable with the purchase. Found out owner replaced struts with after market struts and Toyota won’t back struts going forward since struts aren’t original Toyota parts, so my purchase of extended warranty isn’t exactly what I thought it was. More

The customer service is great. I have one negative feedback regarding servicing of the vehicles prior to handing over to the buyer. There was not one drop of engine coolant in the I have one negative feedback regarding servicing of the vehicles prior to handing over to the buyer. There was not one drop of engine coolant in the car when I left the dealership. Luckily my brother opened the hood and advised me to purchase the coolant at a nearby Autozone store. I asked the cashier to get someone to put the coolant in the receptacle for me, and when he opened it, he told me I was very lucky, there was zero coolant in the car. This could have damaged the engine. That’s totally unacceptable. More
