Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. Rude. Condescending. Abrasive. Any other word you can associate with bad service. The car buying experience was meh but what happened aft dealership. Rude. Condescending. Abrasive. Any other word you can associate with bad service. The car buying experience was meh but what happened after marred an otherwise ok experience. They lost my driver’s license, which really? You lose someone’s driver license when they’re trying to buy a new car? Fine, accidents happen and I was told they would check their cameras to make sure or even try to see what could have happened. This was Tuesday night. Wednesday and Thursday, I have had to reach out to THEM for an update while I am dealing with the inconvenience that happens when you lose an ID. Friday, I go to the dealership wanting to be reimbursed for the money and time I have spent getting a new ID. A small sum of $150. Long story short, I was treated with a condescending and rude tone. There’s no general manager so no one has the authority to help me. But no one can get me said manager’s card or number? Wow. Gee thanks a lot for “helping” and “feeling sorry and “trying to help”. And looking away, bored, while I talk to you and rolling your eyes? Ah, yes, great service. Get a KIA elsewhere. It’ll be worth it to avoid such toxic salespeople. More
