I recently had an oil change and it wasn't too long. I have been with Hillside Honda since 2001. Horrific I worked with Thomas who was absolutely amazing helped me through every step of the way and Leanne Reynolds called me and emailed me about coming into I worked with Thomas who was absolutely amazing helped me through every step of the way and Leanne Reynolds called me and emailed me about coming into the dealership which was great because it made me come in and get a car that I had no intentions of getting. Then I worked with Mohammad i don’t know which one but he was absolutely rude and disgusting. Didn’t care about the customers needs and I waited over hours to speak with him was about to leave because he never showed up another person said he’d get him waited some more until another person told me Mohammad went to lunch. It just baffles me that I waited hours to speak to this man and he never showed up or communicated anything to me. He’s very disrespectful too, I personally ask a lot of questions because I want to know about the car I’m purchasing and he had to nerve to say let’s not talk about this right now. They had me go back and forth to my house 3 times in one day and I was at the dealership about 4 times in total to get one car. I was so pissed off to the point where I went to paragon Honda to try to get my car there because the service at hillside Honda was outrageous. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND hillside Honda to ANYONE . More

Great experience! I initially went to Hillside Honda to look for a vehicle and get an idea on prices. Mr. Sultan was very accommodating and informative on my car choi I initially went to Hillside Honda to look for a vehicle and get an idea on prices. It was a long process, but they definitely made it worth it.. considering I left with a brand new car! I already recommended two friends check them out! More
