**Very disappointing experience with a used car purchase** I purchased a used car from Ourisman Honda at Tysons Corner, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two months of owning the vehicle, I experienced multiple problems, including a serious issue with the transmission. I brought the car back to the dealership because I expected them to stand behind the vehicle they had sold me and help address the problems. What frustrated me even more than the mechanical issues was the lack of communication from the dealership staff. I had to deal with the uncertainty and inconvenience without receiving the level of communication and follow-up I expected from a dealership. Buying a used car is already a significant financial decision, and when major problems arise so soon after the purchase, communication and customer support become especially important. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the attention or urgency they deserved. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with Ourisman Honda at Tysons Corner and would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from them without being extremely cautious and having the vehicle thoroughly inspected beforehand. More
