Great place and Great service I was looking to buy a new car and i just went it to the Hillside Honda just to check the cars that they have in stock. But Ashish Gupta, my guy, hook I was looking to buy a new car and i just went it to the Hillside Honda just to check the cars that they have in stock. But Ashish Gupta, my guy, hooked me up with such awesome deals , i couldn't resist myself getting on right then and there. Thank you so much. Great experience overall! I went in looking for a Honda Accord with a tight budget. Senya helped me find the perfect car and was able to keep the payment in my price range. No parts available It’s been 2 weeks before I got an appt and a mistake was made by the operator by listing me at the express instead of the services I need for my Airco It’s been 2 weeks before I got an appt and a mistake was made by the operator by listing me at the express instead of the services I need for my Aircond. After showing the date and time of my spot, I was finally allow for the service. But at 12Pm plus, I received a call stated that the condenser was stuck and have no part to replace.. as to when, they don’t know, I just have to wait for their call, with the present weather condition which was unbearable, I have to endure this weather without AC just because of no part available.. A big company like Honda should have ready available stocks of such item to help ease heat encounter by the driver or passengers. More

I have a bad experience rgd your services, I take of my car on 29th after diagnostic and you told me u put some bed gas, so we will clean it everywhere and charge will be $1500 and will take 2 I take of my car on 29th after diagnostic and you told me u put some bed gas, so we will clean it everywhere and charge will be $1500 and will take 2 days. After 2 days u told me it will take more 3 days, after 3 days u told me your injector is damage, now charge will be another $1700 and will take another more 2 days. I think so u are charging me high also u are don't care about the service. More then 10 days I lose my business also paid more money. More

Customer service I went there for diagnosis my car. I felt some issue with my transmission. Mike dookharan gave my service. I had a very bad experience with him. I would rate him for his customer service out of 10 he deserve 2. - Attitude problem - Lack of knowledge (about what he is doing) -Seems to me he need to work that’s why working (just passing time) -Didn’t give me any solution of my problem Proper authority should watch him and I would like to request take necessary step. I had brand new honda accord 2016, now got brand new 2017. Last 3 years with honda I never had any problem and got excellent service except this one. Lastly I don’t have any idea they did my car work or not. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I was there on time. I checked with Mike at 3pm but he told me he don’t know. I checked again at 3:40pm and request him to give me my car status. He checked and told me they still haven’t look my car yet. He started giving me different excuses. My wife was so sick and she had a doctor appointment at 5pm. Note : in my car I found a parking ticket 3:02pm to 3:14pm. But I checked 3:40pm they told me they didn’t start working yet with my car. More

I financed new Honda Odyssey 2018 touring and they added five different types of additional coverage $7500.00 in my loan account which I really don’t needed the salesman Mohammed F. Chowdhury (MO) told me that these coverages are prorated and compulsory buy with financed vehicles I sold out that minivan within the year and fully paid off my loan and tried to get my additional coverage premium refund back but sales man Mohammed F. Chowdhury refused to refund...I called directly to the coverage companies and they said I’m eligible to get my refund but they can only refund to the dealers not to customers I again visited to the dealership and met with Salesman Mohammed F. Chowdhury and he said come after two weeks...after two weeks I went to the dealership and asked for my refund And salesmen Mohammed F. Chowdhury told me that I’ll get $100.00 refund back... I was shocked... again called all the coverage companies and they said I should get 80% of my premiums back (which is the 80% of $7500.00) I went to the dealership again and that time I met with Finance Director Rayhan Zaman and he told me that you’ll get all your refund back with in 10 days and we will mail your check at your home After 20 days I tried to contact with Finace Director Rayhan Zaman and he said he forgot about everything call after two days And after to days they stopped pick my calls I sent emails but didn’t get back Now I’m getting through the legal process These guys are not professional they covering each other’s They are very polite at the time you buy the car and after that they will not pick your call They have worst after sales service Don’t get headaches for future Stay away from this dealership..... More
