I cannot begin to express how disappointed I was with my experience with finance and Daniel Osai. . I feel I was misled on multiple fronts including the need to finance the car, the terms and conditions of the loan including whether it was necessary to get a loan to finance the car, the interest-rate of the loan, the payback terms of the loan, etc. The car itself and the sale were fair and transparent but the finance aspects represent everything that people hate about buying a car and make me never want to go back to this dealership again or to recommend this dealership to anyone. Can’t you just be honest? More
