Let me start by saying Moises is great, awesome customer service! He needs a raise. Overall experience: Terrible. The other service reps were unprofessional, unreliable, and uncommunicative about the wor service! He needs a raise. Overall experience: Terrible. The other service reps were unprofessional, unreliable, and uncommunicative about the work needed on my vehicle. Furthermore, there was more emphasis placed on calling to purchase my vehicle than communicating an update on the services to my vehicle. The additional services offered (car wash) was a total disappointment and waste of time. My car sat for two days just to replace a screw (pretty much). More
