Horrible Customer Service *UPDATE* Started off as a great experience! WORST EXPERIENCE! TOLD OUR SALES REP MONICA ABOUT THE WINDOW SOUNDING AS IF IT WAS GOING TO COME OFF TRACK 6 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. SHE CLAIMED SHE WOULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND NEVER CALLED US BACK. ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER AND SHE STILL HAS NOT CALL. WE HAVE CALLED AND TEXTED NUMEROUS TIMES. NOW THE WINDOW MOTOR WENT OUT AND GLASS OFF TRACK. CD PLAYER DOESNT WORK. NEVER DID! WE CALLED THE MANAGER ALEX TWICE. NOW HE CLAIMS HE NEVER SPOKE TO US. LETS NOT MENTION WE WENT TO GET OUR TAG ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NOT EVEN GOTTEN THE CAR EMMISSION SO WE HAD TO COME ALL THEY WAY BACK OUT HERE AND WAIT WHILE THEY GET IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IM SITTING HERE NOW AND THE MANAGER IS PURPOSELY MAKING ME WAIT JUST TO BE A JERK! NOT COOL! *Original Post* Monica was able to find a vehicle that we needed and it was immaculate. We have only had the car now about two weeks, but it rides beautifully! Staff is friendly and dealership is clean. Beautiful cars. My only complaint is that I wished they were as prompt with returning calls after you purchased the vehicle as they were before you purchased the vehicle. Tighten up on that and this would have easily been a five star rating! More

Exceeded My Expectations Monica Romero far exceeded my expectations. I looked at vehicles online and was from out of state. I emailed several places requesting more info and Monica Romero far exceeded my expectations. I looked at vehicles online and was from out of state. I emailed several places requesting more info and was ready to give up as noone contacted me back to answer my questions when Monica responded to me. She not only responded but stayed in touch until I found the right vehicle. Moreover when I arranged to have a mechanic to check over vehicle (since I was out of town), she expedited that process by taking the vehicles I was considering to the mechanic. Also, when I was making travel arrangements she assisted by picking me up at the airport and providing transportation to the hotel and to the autogallery location! I highly recommend Monica. Everything she did was explempary of awesome customer service! She made buying a vehicle out of state and smooth easy process. She clearly is committed to help the consumer!
