I didn’t want to rate the dealership because I am not sure what falls on them and what falls on the sales force. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with Mr Franklin because after a complete fai sure what falls on them and what falls on the sales force. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with Mr Franklin because after a complete failure on a deal I was working on - he said he would call me right back and forgot. Sure it happens but he was going to try and clear up what was messed up all in price that changed 4,500 for a reason never given. Well the next morning Mr Franklin texted me that he forgot to call back the night before and well the car had sold after hours so there was that. As far as the dealership- Bailey a Sales Rep came in after I was talking with another Sales specialist. She raised the price 4,500 after we had already had an all in price. And the fees are crazy and the advantage plus is crazy and the no financing is crazy and all the other non discounts and fees they push were in my opinion hidden but now I see they are much clearer. With all the fees we discussed we were close until The second Sales Rep increased the all in price 4,500 and then the Manager wanted to explain and all the sudden it sales when the business was closed - crazy and this gives Car Salesmen an extremely bad name and same on the dealership for allowing this to happen. Buying a car should be a happy time since you are spending hard earned money but instead these people continue to push and demand and add hidden fees. I would suggest finding another dealer More

I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and r dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and right after I paid was told it would actually have to be done there, the dealership was 2.5 hours from home. I reached out about my vehicle to get this work done and was promised a call back the same day with more information. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next nine months for things agreed to when I purchased the car, and each time I was told someone would get back to me shortly—still nothing. They were waiting on a part, so and so wasn't in the office, etc. there was always an excuse. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. When I finally did speak with someone, they didn’t have any of the details I had previously asked for and seemed completely unprepared. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. After nine months, numerous phone calls and a new general manager (who was wonderful and the only one who seemed interested in handling this), I was finally able to get my car taken care of... only to have it delivered back to me at the wrong address in a different city. Right on par for how this entire experience went. Glad to finally be done with them. More
