I placed a $1,000 deposit with Honda of Lake City and have made multiple attempts to have it returned after the deal did not go through. Despite direct requests and follow-up, the deposit has not been re have made multiple attempts to have it returned after the deal did not go through. Despite direct requests and follow-up, the deposit has not been refunded and communication has stalled. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially given the lack of clear resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone placing a deposit here to get all terms in writing, including whether the deposit is refundable. I am still hoping this can be resolved quickly and professionally. More

Excellent experience, my sales rep was very easy to work with and the management team was great! Being an out of state customer I was a bit nervous but all went smoothly.
