courteous, conscientious, up front but not "pushy". Talked with several service advisors at front desk & felt like the people were genuinely concerned with my car's well being (and mine!). Didn't have to worry about my hood not being latched after service! (Yes, this happened to me after my last service at another facility.....) Have always appreciated the quality of service I have received at Maple Hill! Kepp it up! More

Morgan was patient and very helpful on the phone. I am displeased with the mechanic service. Among more expensive work, I was told that lightbulbs needed to be replaced, but when I collected the ca I am displeased with the mechanic service. Among more expensive work, I was told that lightbulbs needed to be replaced, but when I collected the car, lights were not working. I am now concerned that more significant internal repairs were not carried out any better than their visible cosmetic repairs. Maple Hill likes to charge a premium price, but the service is not premium. More
