From the beginning, Moose, Robert, and George treated me like a real person—not a dollar sign or the next sale they needed to close. They took the time to understand what I was actually looking for, what mattered to me, and what I wanted to accomplish with this purchase. And I wasn’t exactly the easiest customer. I had questions. I compared vehicles. I changed directions. I wanted to understand the technology, features, pricing, and options before making a decision. Through all of it, they were incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision before I was ready. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just try to sell me a vehicle. They helped me figure out which vehicle was right for me. I ultimately drove away in a Buick Enclave Avenir, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience that got me there. There are plenty of dealerships that can sell you a car.
