Ive had problems at this dealership before, I am not sure why I went back. The sales process wasnt too terrible, However, this dealership does NOT know how to do run its finances. The first time I bought a car there, the check they issued me bounced. I had to go back and have them issue me a new check and they said it was an "accounting error" that caused the check to bounce. This last time, they basically forgot to pay off my trade in and I had to call and "remind" them to pay it off. They couldnt explain why they hadnt already submitted it, but now my credit shows a 30 day past due on my trade in. Maybe I just had bad luck (twice) at that same location, but I definitely wont be going back there again. More

Took a risk scheduling my car service on a Saturday with my kids in tow—brace yourselves, I thought, this could be a disaster. But thanks to the dealership providing snacks and my kids’ trusty tablets for taking endless car photos, it turned into a mini-adventure. They were happy, entertained, and the whole experience was surprisingly smooth. Who knew the dealership could double as a weekend hangout? Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
