Awful experience awful service For my first car buying experience, it was awful. I went in too excited which is every salesman dream. Not only did I get screwed with prices and rate For my first car buying experience, it was awful. I went in too excited which is every salesman dream. Not only did I get screwed with prices and rates, but I got screwed by a car that has been nothing but a headache while only owning it for less than 2 months. I've had to put in 500$ (after warranty coverage) into the vehicle. After the fact I had to bring the car into to queens on 3 different occasions for "service ", when I always got it back with more problems. And when I called today after being put on hold for close to an hour and being tranferred all around, I explain to the GM Ray my problems and all I get is "I'm liestening but there's nothing I can do about it" with a small chuckle. He and all of his emoyees have not been accomadating at all. Be SMART and do not buy from here, it's a munch of lying city xxxx. More
