I enjoy having the dealership work on my car because they take their time and do a thorough job every time. The last time I was there they noticed something had been missed during a previous appointment and take their time and do a thorough job every time. My Experience wasn’t great. I was in the dealership for at least 3 hours. I felt I was totally taken advantage of. I didn’t see any contract until the day I picked the car up. I I was in the dealership for at least 3 hours. I felt I was totally taken advantage of. I didn’t see any contract until the day I picked the car up. I was charged for things never discussed in detail and added to the bill of sale. I was told the plate would be mailed which I had to pick up from the dealer. The car didn’t have a full tank of gas and was promised a gas card for my Inconvenience and still haven’t received anything from them. I hope this isn’t a prerequisite of how the service department will be for maintenance. Buyer beware. More
